Distributor (Exclusive)
- Receives a written Distributor
Agreement, which includes the first right of refusal
to the exclusive license for their geographical
area, industries, and products before anyone else
can license the specified exclusive area. Must be
renewed each year or the distributor may lose the
first right of refusal on the exclusive license.
- Can grant sub-use to third
parties as dealers.
- Distributor required to submit
next year volume projections to Bio-Pure, Inc. by
the end of November.
- Review of projections for next
year is to be done by December between distributor
and Bio-Pure, Inc.
- Bio-Pure, Inc. refers to the
distributor any end user customer leads it receives
from the distributor's area.
- Buys Bio-Pure, Inc. products at
wholesale volume prices.
- Bio-Pure, Inc. provides initial
in-house or in field training (3-5 days) and ongoing
technical support not only by fax, email and
telephone, but also including any Bio-Pure, Inc.
personnel making onsite visits, with Bio-Pure, Inc.
charging just for actual expenses (airfare, hotel,
meals, etc.). No hourly or daily consulting fees.
- Distributorship can be canceled
with 30-days notice for nonperformance or other
violations.
